JOB DESCRIPTION

• The Pocono Mountain Regional Police Department is now accepting applications for Police Officer. All applicants must possess a High School diploma or G.E.D. and must have reached their 21st birthday before the deadline for submitting applications. All applicants must be a US Citizen and possess a valid PA driver’s license before appointment. Selection by written exam – physical agility tests – oral interview – polygraph and background investigation.

WRITTEN EXAM

• The written exam is scheduled for Sunday, 11 February 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at TO BE DETERMINED . Every applicant who receives one of the top sixty (60) scores and scores seventy percent (70%) or higher in the written examination will qualify to participate in the Physical Fitness Test. TESTING WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 10:00 A.M.
